Gift Wrapping and Delivery

Gift-wrapping

All purchases made on our online store will be gift-wrapped in our branded boxes. The boxes have a designated area for your own personalisation. We can write a short message on request.

Shipping:

We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or courier service. We charge a standard rate of £12.50 per order, irrespective of the number of items ordered.

For items in stock these are our estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom	Next day delivery
Europe	2-5 working days
Worldwide	5-10 working days

Bespoke Orders or items not in stock.

Because at Holland Street we want our collections to remain exclusive and "Made in Britain" we and our customers have to be patient when small batch print and production orders are being processed.

For items not in stock we operate a small batch production system on a first come first serve basis. On placing your order we will email and confirm the projected delivery date which could be up to 21 days. We appreciate your patience; we take our manufacturing and quality assurance very seriously.

If you have a special gift or need extra information, we are happy to hear from you.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature upon receipt. All deliveries will have a tracking order. If you provide an email address you will be provided with the number and delivery notification.

Your items will arrive in a box that will ensure the garments are carefully protected.
