Day 29. My top podcasts for beating the lockdown blues..

Who doesn't love a podcast? In an age of constant information overload it is refreshing to find those few consistant media channels to get gripped on, subscribe to and 'follow', as well as genuinely look forward to connecting with each week. Podcasts are a great one to dip in and out with. I store them up for when I take Quinn off for his one walk a day, I push the buggy round the pretty streets of St Albans absorbing myself into upbeat and energising music or a informative podcast.

Not only does It help me connect with something, learn and inspire, but takes my mind off our current world situation and the anxiety that comes with it in bucket loads.

I have put together a few of my favourite podcasts and hope you can find some peace during your day. Get your headphones ready!
