Wash Instructions
We take pride in using natural materials, with all garments made from 100% pure silk. Due to the nature of our digital printing process, we strongly recommend dry cleaning only.

All collections are designed and manufactured in the UK using small-batch production and minimal-waste garment techniques. We are committed to social and environmental sustainability, employing local craftspeople and tailoring each range with care and intention.
For garments not currently in stock, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, due to the bespoke nature of our production and quality assurance process.
Silk is a delicate fabric, and we ask that you handle it with care. Please review all care instructions before washing, wearing, or storing your garment.
Sizing & Fit
Our garments are designed to be relaxed and elegant, with a focus on comfort and drape.
Our collection is designed to fit UK sizes 8–16, with all garments offered in one size. The fit is intentionally loose and flowing, reflecting the relaxed elegance of our kimono, robe, and kaftan silhouettes.

Shipping Information
We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a trusted courier service. A flat shipping rate of £12.50 applies per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our Made in Britain collections, we operate a small-batch production system for bespoke or out-of-stock items. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once your order is placed, we will confirm your estimated delivery date via email. Production and delivery may take up to 21 days. We appreciate your patience—each piece is crafted with care and undergoes rigorous quality checks.
Additional Information
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Your items will arrive in a protective box, ensuring garments are beautifully presented and safely packaged.

Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer refunds and exchanges on in-stock items. However, bespoke, personalised, and sale items are non-refundable.
How to Return
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at lauren@hollandstreet.co, stating your reason for return.
Items must be returned within 7 days, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Please use registered special delivery for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges
Subject to availability, we will exchange eligible items returned within 7 days. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer a credit note. Replacement items are shipped once the original item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
We inspect all items thoroughly before dispatch. If your item arrives faulty:

Faulty items must be returned for inspection. Items showing fair wear and tear or damage due to improper washing (see Customer Care) will not be accepted.
If a replacement is available, we will send it. If not, we will offer a credit note or refund, including original shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 30 days.
Gift Orders
If you’re ordering a gift, we offer complimentary gift wrapping and can include a personal message. Just leave a note at checkout or email us after placing your order.
