Despite the pretty fluted flan dish, it did look like it was straight out of a school dinner canteen, especially with the dollop of custard on top.. but it tasted gooood so I thought I’d share the recipe, it is Saturday night n all!
110g self raising flour.
1 tsp baking powder
Handful of fresh or frozen raspberries.
-Layer fruit at base of dish, cook for two mins in the microwave until soft. -Add sponge mixture and swirl into fruit.
-Cook for 20 mins at 180c.
