Less Museum, More Mood: Meet Montacute

Introducing a snapshot of the linen print called Montacute — a classic half-drop design, modernised, personalised, and given the full Holland Street treatment. It will be available in linen in the coming months, and I personally think it would make a brilliant wallpaper — so let’s see.

The name Montacute nods to Montacute House, a striking Elizabethan mansion on the Dorset–Somerset border. Its ornate architecture and rich history echo through the design, but here they’re given a contemporary twist — less museum, more mood.

This colourway is called Radiant, and it’s far more than just a blue palette. It’s designed to glow — expressive, vibrant, and full of pop. Zingy highlights dance across the surface, framing the decorative, winding floral motifs with energy and flair.
